Professional Experience

Mr. Alex obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering and a Bachelor of Arts in degree in Psychology from Cornell University in 1992. Thereafter, he worked as a senior legislative aid for a Member of the U.S. House of Representatives. He obtained his Juris Doctor degree from Georgetown University Law Center in 2001.

Mr. Alex’s practice involves a broad range of intellectual property matters, with an emphasis on litigation, enforcement, and licensing activities in the patent, trademark, and copyright areas of the law. He has significant experience in the enforcement of intellectual property rights on the Internet and also counsels clients on antitrust matters. The technical subject matter of his work includes injection molding technologies, traditional consumer products, medical and biomedical devices, and pharmaceutical nanotechnology.
