Summary

Mr. Wilson received a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering Technology from Southern Illinois University in 1983.  Thereafter, he worked for various technology-oriented companies selling a broad array of products from industrial automation equipment and CAD/CAM software to disaster recovery solutions. In 1988, he completed a Masters of Management, Marketing and Finance at Northwestern University.  During his career in industry, Mr. Wilson received professional accolades including being named sales representative of the year in consecutive years, becoming the first in his company to achieve this. 

Mr. Wilson attended DePaul University College of Law on a Dean's Merit Scholarship and First Year Law Scholarship.  While attending DePaul, he clerked with McAndrews, Held & Malloy in the summer of 2005 and with Cook Alex in the summer of 2006.

Since becoming an associate in May 2007, Mr. Wilson has been involved in intellectual property litigation, patent prosecution, patent licensing, patent validity and infringement analyses for various medical, industrial, electronics and software technologies.  Further, he assisted in authoring the paper and presentation “Recent Litigation Developments in Patent Licensing” that was presented at the American Intellectual Property Law Association's annual meeting held in Washington D.C. in 2006.
