Professional ExperienceMr. Zaronias received a Bachelor of Arts degree from Indiana University Northwest with a major in chemistry and a minor in mathematics. He also has experience in the environmental industry as an analytical chemist, and in the chemical and hazardous waste disposal industry as a technical sales support representative. He attended Valparaiso University School of Law in Valparaiso, Indiana, and was awarded his Juris Doctor, magna cum laude, in 2002. During his final year of law school, Mr. Zaronias clerked for Magistrate Judge Andrew Rodovich in Hammond, Indiana. After graduation from Valparaiso University School of Law, he joined the firm. Mr. Zaronias has experience in U.S. patent and trademark prosecution matters, patent validity, patent infringement and due diligence analysis, license preparation, and trademark clearance. He has prepared and prosecuted patent applications in the areas of medical products, medical devices, pharmaceutical formulations, food science, and mechanical devices. He also has experience with patent infringement cases and trademark infringement counseling. |
